Background

For ten years I was Director of Computer & Database Applications at Marketing Metrics Inc.  I was directly responsible for the creation and maintenance of several large customer retention applications as well as maintaining the network and performing webmaster duties. Our database systems tracked and reported on customers worldwide and were capable of generating correspondence in foreign languages directly from the systems I designed.
